PINIO.IO​ is an innovative startup just completing early round financing.  Our product/service helps short-term renters to distribute access codes to customers and automates processes related to managing a short-term rental property.  We already have customers in Poland, with plans to expand both in Poland and abroad.   We are looking for high-energy individuals to join or team.

We offer our employees to be part of a cutting-edge product that operates in the Property Technology (PropTech) and Internet-of-Things (IoT) space.  We will be based in one of the WeWork shared space properties in Warsaw. 


Looking for someone with good communication and organizational skills as a priority.  The position can be for a young, customer-driven, individual that loves to help others.  This is a unique opportunity to get on the ground floor of an early stage company with potential global scalability.  You will also learn about business beyond your position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Selling Pinio solution on the Polish market, main target are owners/managers of short-term rental properties
  • Networking with relevant people, and organizations, and attending events
  • Generating leads, attending weekly sales meetings, reviewing prospects and processes related to sales
  • Helping to refine the selling process to optimize number of contacts and qualification of serious prospects
  • Participation in developing social media, search engine and forum-based campaigns
  • Achieving sales targets and participating on setting future targets

Preferred knowledge:

  • Software Applications

            ○ Google G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.)

            ○ CRM (Hubspot)

            ○ Social media and online tools for sales – LinkedIn, Facebook, Adwords, YouTube

  • Preferred qualities

            ○ Good communication skills with conversational English

            ○ Ambitious to learn the business and grow with the company

 Compensation​:  3.500 PLN brutto (Start ASAP) with performance related increases
